How many people?
For private small groups, we provide 1 instructor per Mahjong set, with a maximum of two tables (8 players) to ensure personalised guidance. For team events we run 1.5‑hour workshops (shorter than our 2‑hour option) — a fast‑paced, engaging format that still gives beginners enough time to learn and start playing confidently.
Our guarantee: No one gets left behind! Mahjong is a team effort, and everyone at the table will learn, play, and have fun together.
Venue Set up
Most companies can host the event in their canteen or café space. Any 4–6 person tables with chairs work perfectly for a Mahjong game. We don’t currently stock specialized Mahjong tables due to the cost of storage and transportation. But just like many Asians play at their dining or tea tables at home, we’ll bring Mahjong mats and Mahjong sets to set up each table, ensuring a smooth and authentic gameplay experience.
